Skills/Requirements Skills/Experience:

•Bachelors in Computer Science or related field
•4+ years of commercial software development experience in team environments
•Strong proficiency in PHP
** C/C++ experience is not required but a plus**
•Internet standards such as HTML, HTTP, CSS, XML, WSDL, and SOAP
•Solid Linux/Unix background
•Knowledge of relational databases, MySQL, database design
•Interactive web application development
•Solid understanding of how quality software is designed and constructed
•Strong attention to detail
•Solid troubleshooting skills
•Ability to support multiple concurrent projects in a dynamic environment
•Strong desire to learn emerging technologies and to innovate new solutions

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•Successful deployment and management of e-mail, direct mail and other marketing related initiatives
•Working closely with marketing counterparts to ensure seamless implementation of new marketing initiatives
(Liaison between product management, creative and development)
•List requests based on specified segmentation criteria
•Assigning source codes & ensuring they are loaded/working properly for all campaigns
•Proof, route and review creative & ensure proper approvals have been received
•Provide day-to-day operational support to the marketing group
•Assist with special projects as needed
Skills/Requirements
•Minimum 5 years experience in a marketing related field, preferably with an emphasis in online marketing
•Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment
•Must be a detail-oriented with strong prioritization and decision-making skills in a tight-deadline environment
•Must be flexible and able to handle changes in priorities
•Ability to multi-task and meet tight project deadlines
•Proficient in Microsoft Office
•Great problem solving/decision making skills
•Ability to learn quickly and to apply new tools and techniques
