A special thanks to "Asa" for Referring me as a Candidate "Seth" and Mozilla for all your hard work.
Thank you very much for the Preorder US$1,199 Adobe Creative Suite 3 Design Premium ;)

Mozilla is a unique organization whose success has depended on a thriving community of contributors deeply
committed to the project.
Aware of the importance of this community, we are finding ways to “give back” to those who have helped us
the most.
To that end, we have recently launched a facet of the larger, existing community efforts that will use a portion
of our revenue to support and strengthen the activities of the Mozilla community.
The program will start by reaching out to our dedicated community contributors, and will look to expand to
supporting new contributors and new projects.
The last year has certainly flown by! As we’re now in the final phase of
releasing Firefox 2 and beginning to plan for the next year, we'd like
to cordially invite you to join us in Mountain View the week of November
13th . We'll be hosting a series of sessions and events to celebrate the
launch and to discuss and do some early planning and coordination for
the next year.
You're being invited based upon your significant contributions and
involvement with Firefox and the Mozilla project over the last year.
This is an exclusive invitation and is non-transferrable. We are also
planning on hosting regional events and most likely a much more "open
invitation" Mozilla Developer Day soon.
Sponsorships for travel costs will be available from the Mozilla
Foundation if not available from your employer.
The proposed itinerary is as follows:
Tuesday, November 14th * Travel to California to arrive in the late
afternoon if at all possible * Check-in at hotel * Bus to informal
reception at Mozilla, around 8pm
Wednesday, November 15th * Full day of project meetings and discussions
* Informal group dinner
Thursday, November 16th * Full day of project meetings and discussions *
Gala dinner and evening to celebrate the launch of Firefox 2
Friday, November 17th * A full day of group activities and fun * Closing
ceremony
Note that while most people will travel home on Saturday, November 18th
, we suggest that overseas attendees stay through the weekend to receive
the best possible airfares and to have some extra quality time with the
folks here. ;-)
We're still working out all the details and will have a Wiki page posted
shortly to coordinate planning and scheduling of events and activities.
Just a quick note to let you know that our April 30th Mozilla Japan
community event went really well.
We had about 100 attendees to an afternoon-long session of
presentations. Takita-san and I did a
current state of Firefox in
Japan and asked the community for support. We also announced the
beta launch of japan.spreadfirefox.com.
We're planning a more formal
launch event for that site in June.
Darin Fisher from Google gave a presentation on Mozilla technologies
and Google's supporting role.
There were also presentations from
Piro on building extensions, as well as from other folks in the
open
source community including Open Office Japan.
In the evening, about half of the attendees
went out to dinner at a
nearby Japanese restaurant.

I want to thank Marcia and the folks from Merchandise Mania who came
through with t-shirts in the
nick of time. We gave away t-shirts in
return for a community survey.
I also want to thank Ian and Paul and Jamey and everyone from
Glaxstar who have worked very hard
to get the japan.spreadfirefox.com
site up. It's our turn to build and grow the platform in Japan
and
we'll be working towards a more formal launch event for Spreadfirefox
Japan in June.

In about twelve hours time "it is very likely" that Firefox 1.5 will
be officially with us, and to mark this occasion Spread Firefox
isgoing to be launching a very special campaign; That I won't spoil
the surprise by telling you about now… But I'd recommend you stay as
close to the site as you can over the next 24 hours! (hint get some
campaign buttons for your blogs & sites as they award points too!)
We've already posted up some new "Upgrade to Firefox 1.5" affiliate
graphics courtesy of the ever brilliant Jamey Boje so webmasters, go
get these graphics for when Firefox launches so you can be amongst the
first on the planet to tell your site visitors to upgrade to 1.5
As a special incentive to promote people to upgrade from Firefox 1.0.x
to Firefox 1.5 (as if we need incentives!) The new affiliate links
award "double points" for every "upgrade" click through! We are also
going to be introducing some very cool site bands and buttons over the
next couple of days too so be sure to keep checking back for more
stuff.
SysAdmin Alex Polvi for once again working
his magic and making it all happen as it should (fingers crossed) and
